Hi Monti, i know this may bother you but i just finished watching The Master Chef ss3 ( its super freaking late ) but i just wanna say that i love your food so much, love the way you try all your best even to a little thing. Im feel so happy because now you have a better life like you've been dreaming about at that time. And i hope if i had a chance i would love to come to your restaurant to try your food. Your humor is wonderful. I emigrated from Havana, Cuba in 1969 as a 3 year old. A bit of a foodie at home with diverse cooking and remembrances of my childhood by cooking my Mom's recipes. Always walking the razor's edge as a Cuban American in a atmosphere that doesn't celebrate diversity. Continued success, Adrian
